GRADUATE APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT:
***Minimum year degree required*** Records of courses and marks/grades earned from all post-secondary schools.
Verification of degree earned.
DOCUMENTS:
All documents must be official and submitted in sealed envelopes directly from the institutions to the Office of Graduate Studies, California State University Sacramento 6000 J Street, Sacramento, CA 95819-6112.
TOEFL and other test scores must be submitted directly from Educational Testing Services.
