A 1-2 page response to the following essay questions:
- How has being a former foster youth influenced your desire to pursue higher education?
- What is your motivation?
- What are your academic and career goals?
- Copy of Ward of the Court/Dependant Documentation
- 2 Letters of Recommendation from a teacher, counselor, social worker, coach, or other
- A recent photo of yourself
STEP 3:
Submit Your Application
You may hand-deliver your completed application and support materials directly to the Guardian Scholars Office located in Lassen Hall 3014,
or you may mail your completed application to:

STEP 4:
Meeting with the Program Director
Should you meet the requirements, your application will also include a brief interview with the Program Director.
