STEP 2:
Complete Necessary Documents

• Guardian Scholars Application Form
GS Application.pdf

• Guardian Scholars Consent Form
GS Consent.pdf

• A thoughtful response to the essay portion
of the application

• Copy of Ward of the Court documentation

• 2 Letters of Recommendation from a teacher, counselor, social worker, coach, or other

• A recent photo of yourself

• Acceptance of the terms as outlined in the
Guardian Scholars Student Agreement

STEP 3:
Submit Your Application

You may hand-deliver your completed application and support materials directly to the Guardian Scholars Office located in Sacramento Hall 259,
or you may mail your completed application to:

Should you meet
the requirements,
your application
will also include a
brief interview with the Program Director.

Applications and supporting material
should be submitted
as a complete package to be
eligible for priority consideration.
