Health Science - Supplemental Application Appeal Request
If you have been notified that you were not admitted to the Health Science program, please take a moment to review our program requirements. If you find that our decision was based on department or university error, you may request further consideration through our appeal process. For consideration, you must complete and submit the Health Science Supplemental Application Appeal Request and any supporting documentation to the department within 10 calendar days of the admissions notification.
Spring 2017 Appeal Request Deadline-Thursday, November 10, 2016
Please note: The Health Science Appeals Committee will only review and consider complete appeal requests. Once the review process is complete, the student will be notified of the final decision within 10 business days.
