H&HS Faculty Student Mentoring Program (FSMP)

The Health and Human Services FSMP program is a college-based educational equity program and a component of the Sacramento State Faculty Student Mentor Program which strives to improve the retention and graduation of students through increased tutoring, mentoring, advising, and other supportive services.

H&HS FSMP services offered

  • Peer mentoring
  • Help with preparing your schedule
  • Tips to succeed in college
  • Information on Health and Human Services majors
  • Support for pre-nursing students (pre-nursing resource guide)
  • Academic, personal, and career advising

Spring 2014 Schedule:
Meetings are held in Solano Hall 5008
Mondays: 9:00-11:00am and 1:30-4:00pm
Tuesdays:11:00-1:00pm and 3:00-5:00pm 
Wednesdays: 10:00-Noon and 3:00-5:00pm
Thursdays: 2:00-5:00pm
