Students can watch debate from the Pub
As part of next Wednesday's on-campus gubernatorial debate between Lieutenant Governor Gray Davis and Attorney General Dan Lungren, Associated Students Inc is sponsoring a "Debate the Debate" event in the River Front Market's Pub.
Jeff Harrelson, co-chair of ASI's student relations committee, said the event was put together to get students involved in state politics on campus.

A year after 36 of 50 security cameras started disappearing from the parking structure over a four-month period, the university has decided upon a security solution in the parking garage.
Associated Students, Inc. will be hosting a student-involvement day on Thursday, September 17 from 10:00 to 2:00 p.m., in the library quad.
The Celtic community expects thousands to attend the new Celtic Heritage Festival at CSUS. The event will be held September 19-20.
Students and faculty at California State University, Sacramento are invited to experience "The Mystical Arts of Tibet" as part of the university's Asian Performing Arts Festival. Nine Buddhist monks from the Drepung Loseling Monastery in Atlanta, GA will construct a sacred sand mandala in the Museum of Anthropology. The monks will also present a musical program in the University Theater on Oct. 1-2.
CSUS' rugby team is gearing up for another challenging year.They achieved second place in their division last year against immense competition in Las Vegas and a strong San Diego State team.
More than 750 participants came to try their golf expertise at the first annual Toyota Golf Skills Challenge last weekend. 
It's a new school year and already things are going to hell. It seems that the members of the CSUS Foundation's food services management team have decided that no one who makes the trek to campus on Sundays will want to anything to eat or drink while slaving away on that paper or French homework.
