Students can watch debate from the Pub

As part of next Wednesday's on-campus gubernatorial debate between Lieutenant Governor Gray Davis and Attorney General Dan Lungren, Associated Students Inc is sponsoring a "Debate the Debate" event in the River Front Market's Pub.

Jeff Harrelson, co-chair of ASI's student relations committee, said the event was put together to get students involved in state politics on campus.

Parking Garage gets phones and a paint job
A year after 36 of 50 security cameras started disappearing from the parking structure over a four-month period, the university has decided upon a security solution in the parking garage.

Buddhist monks bring Tibetan spirit to CSUS
Students and faculty at California State University, Sacramento are invited to experience "The Mystical Arts of Tibet" as part of the university's Asian Performing Arts Festival. Nine Buddhist monks from the Drepung Loseling Monastery in Atlanta, GA will construct a sacred sand mandala in the Museum of Anthropology. The monks will also present a musical program in the University Theater on Oct. 1-2.
