Review: 'Night at the Roxbury' is worth seeing
"A Night at the Roxbury," the latest "Saturday Night Live" skit to jump to the silver screen, shows Doug and Steve Butabi (Will Ferrell and Chris Kattan, respectively) trying to enter the Hollywood club scene only to be constantly rejected, but totally unfazed.
After taking seven years to graduate from high school, the brothers' single aspiration in life is to get into L.A.'s hottest nightclubs and to own a club of their own someday.
Sporting iridescent suits, silver chains and side burns, the Butabi brothers are confident they are cool enough to go wherever the night takes them. But the bouncers at the nightclubs don't think so, and keep them out on the street-- until an unexpected event escorts them into the mega-hip Roxbury Club and a life they have only dreamed about.
