| ART SALES - Freshman Sunny Wickham purchases a piece of art in the library quad picture sale from the Amanu Gallery. The sale is going on through Friday.

- Assemblywoman Audie Bock (Green-16th district) will be the keynote speaker at the Eleventh Annual Envisioning California Conference taking place this Thursday, September 23 through Saturday, September 25 at the Holiday Inn Capitol Plaza. The conference, entitled "Paths to Californias 21st Century" is free to CSUS students. For more information contact The Center for California Studies at 916-278-6906.
- The Golden Key National Honor Society is accepting donations for a book drive to benefit a North Sacramento school later this year. Books can be dropped off in the container located on the 3rd floor of the Amador Building. For more information, contact Josh Sutterfield at 916-983-4429.
- Santa Barbara band Munkafust will be playing on the University Union South lawn Wednesday, September 22 at 12:00 p.m. The band plays a mix of alternative and blues-based rock, and has released four CDs since 1993.
