CSUS inline hockey team is recruiting new members

The CSUS inline hockey team is looking for approximately 20 new recruits to start a second inline hockey team.

Kevin Bickelmann, president of the inline hockey team, said that he would like to form a second team for students who are not familiar with the sport and would like to get involved.

"We would like to get as many people as we can involved in the sport," Bickelmann said.

The new recruits will form a secondary team, said Bickelmann. After the new recruits have learned the sport they will be able to participate in the intercollegiate competitions with the primary team.

There are four tournaments and five games per year and these have already started, but those who are interested are still encouraged to join.

In order to be a part of the team you will need inline hockey skates, a helmet, gloves, shin guards, elbow pads and a hockey stick.
