  • Raza Poetry - M.E.Ch.A. de CSUS is hosting poet Samuel Iniguez who will share his works in the University Union Auditorium tomorrow night from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

  • Got Blood? - In an attempt to set a new world's record for pints collected at a blood drive, The Sacramento Medical Foundation is sponsoring a drive today in the Union Ballroom until 10 p.m.

  • Educational Opportunities - The Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education, established by the U.S. Department of Energy to undertake national and international programs in education, training, health and the environment, is offering internships. These programs offer hands-on research opportunities across the country as well tuition funding.   • Coats for Kids - KXTV 10 is kicking off its annual clothing drive Wednesday. They are calling for new or worn coats to be donated at participating Gottschalks and Swansons Cleaners. Donated coats get cleaned as needed by Swansons. For more information about the clothing drive, which continues through Jan. 2, call 321-3362 or log in atwww.kxtv10.com.

  • Art on Campus - "Sculptures in Metal," an exhibition by sculptor, Steve Hamilton began Monday and continues through Dec. 16 in the Union Exhibit Lounge. The showing is open from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.Monday to Friday with additional evening hours on Wednesdays and Thurdays from 5 -8 p.m. A reception will be held at 6 p.m. on Dec. 2.
