ASI questions future of Athletics

Associated Students, Inc. continues to be frustrated with the lack of accountability demonstrated by the Athletics Department and is looking for answers about Debby Colbergs sudden appointment as director of the struggling department last week.
ASI contributes $2 million annually to the Athletics budget through student fees generated by a 1995 ASI referendum, yet board members have had difficulty obtaining answers to questions pertaining to graduation rates in athletics.
