Cinco de Mayo

A Mariachi band and dancers will be performing today in honor of Cinco de Mayo. The performance is scheduled at noon on the University Union south lawn.

Mariachi Zacatecas will be playing traditional Mariachi music, accompanied by dance troupe Raices de mi Tierra.

“It will be an hour-long program, just like all the other nooners” said Bill Olmsted, the University Union program advisor.
