Bomb threat clears Chancellor’s office

May 8, 1999

The CSU Chancellor’s office was evacuated on Friday morning after a suspicious package was received from a student at CSU Stanislaus.

Over one dozen members of the CSU board of trustees and several CSU campus presidents who were attending a meeting of the Academic Senate at the buildings conference center were quickly evacuated and whisked off to a suite at a nearby hotel.
