Students living in the residence halls must sign a license agreement. The License Agreement is a legally binding contract between the student and the University.

We highly encourage students to be actively involved and understand their responsibilities regarding their housing license agreement (contract) and payment plans.  We also encourage students and parents/ guardians to thoroughly discuss housing information, contract and financial obligations.  If questions arise, students are welcome to contact the Housing Office.
