Desmond Hall houses approximately 250 residents and is generally co-ed by room throughout the building. The rooms are double occupancy. There are a limited number of double occupancy rooms with a connecting private bath called deluxe doubles.

    Designed as double occupancy room for 2 students. Room size is approximately 11ft x 10ft.
  • Deluxe Double 
    Two double rooms with a connecting private bath.

Room Furnishings

Each room is furnished with extra-long twin beds (80") which may be bunked if desired, desk and chair, closet/wardrobe, trash and recycle containers, carpet and window coverings.
