Preparing For Move-In:
SCR - Suite Condition Report and RCR - Room Condition Report - The SCR/RCR should be completed and returned to your Resident Advisor before moving items into your room. This form is used to assess your room/suite prior to moving into your space.
TELEVISION: Satellite TV service -Click to see list of channels - Residents are provided with access to the University Satellite TV system via a coax wall jacks located in each room or suite. Problems with reception should be reported by calling (916) 278-2555
What services does the ResLink Helpdesk offer?
The ResLink Helpdesk offers support for residents in accessing the Res Halls wired and wireless networks along with offering basic support for day to day questions in the use of computers and software. The Helpdesk also offers tutorials on installing anti-virus and anti-malware software and works with the IT Service Desk in offering hands-on how to clinics. (916) 278-2555
INTERNET: Internet Connectivity - Access to the campus internet is provided via an ethernet port on a wall plate within each hall or suite. Information regarding connecting to the internet can be found in the Reslink link.
