Standard Rate
(Includes Linen set - 1 pillow, 1 pillowcase, 1 blanket, 2 sheets, 2 towels, 1 washcloth, 1 small bar soap)

Economy Rate
(No Linen - Pillow upon request - (No pillowcase)

Non-Residential Room Use

• Residence Hall rooms used for offices, storage, etc.................................$25.00/night

Commuter Guests

• All commuter guests utilizing residence hall complex facilities for other than overnight stay must pay a day-use fee.............................................................................................$8.25/day

Additional Charges

• Conference Housing Desk Hours (Desk open later than 7:00 p.m. .........$30.00/Hour
  (If housing desk must remain open later than 7:00 p.m. for group checking in late, a minimum of 1 hour will be charged)
  
  
• Additional bed linen and towels...............................................................$10.00/per set
  
  
• Lost Room Key Charge.............................................................................$20.00/each
  (Keys not returned by end of conference will be charged a replace fee. If keys are found after event the keys may be returned, but no credit will be issued.
  
  

• Custodial Labor Fee.................................................................................$20.00/hr
  (Charges will be assessed if furniture in resident halls are not returned to proper place or if furniture needs to be re-set after use.

• Custodial Clean-Up Fee...........................................................................$20.00/hr
  (Charges will be assessed if trash is left in residence halls such as program boxes, pizza boxes, lunches, posters, literature, etc. (Dumpsters are located behind each building).
