Facilities - Custodial - Grounds Services
The Housing and Residential Life Facilities Department provides of a broad spectrum of Maintenance and Custodial Services to assist our student residents and summer conferencing attendees. In addition to providing custodial service for the cleaning of common areas in, the department can provide service to:
- Card Access and Room Keys
- Control Systems
- Electrical Systems
- Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping
- Heating and Air Conditioning
- Plumbing Systems
- Room and Common Area Repairs
- Ventilation Systems
During low and non-occupancy periods, the department also employs contractors and and/or campus personnel to provide larger scale services for the maintenance and repair of the Housing and Residential Life buildings. In addition, staff perform "deep cleans" and preventative maintenance on the buildings and equipment.
