When first contacting us about your conference, please keep in mind the following questions:

• What are your program dates?
• How many participants are you expecting?
• Type of Conference housing needed (Traditional Halls or Apartment Style Suites)?
• What type of room do you need? (Singles, Doubles, Studios, Double room suite or 5 bedroom suite)
• Do you need meeting space, Recreational Room?
• Parking - will guests/participants be driving? Parking permits are required for all guests parking on campus.
