In a collaborative effort between Sacramento State Off Campus Housing Services and Associated Students, Inc. we are happy to offer rental listings and roommate profiles through this website.   

Please note that the University does not make any recommendations or assume any responsibilities for the rental listings or those individuals searching for housing.

Individuals placing ads through this site are expected to follow all federal, state and local regulations as they relate to rental properties as well as adhearing to guidelines set forth in the campus Affirmative Action and Non-Discrimination Policy listed below.

It has come to our attention that certain “scam” scenarios have occurred throughout the United States including here in the Sacramento area. These situations have included, but are not limited to, the use of fraudulent money orders, unusual payment methods and amounts being sent from foreign countries. When entering into a rental agreement either as a tenant, roommate or landlord, please be extremely careful regarding these matters. If you are confronted with a situation that you are not comfortable with or sounds “unconventional”, we encourage you to research the circumstances further or reconsider entering into that specific rental arrangement.

Remember that the Off Campus Housing Services program does not screen rental properties or those individuals responding to ads and cannot be held accountable for any rental arrangements or payment issues that occur between users of this on-line rental listing service.

If you believe that you have any information regarding any fraudulent activity, please report them to appropriate authorities such as your banking institution, the police or the Human Rights/Fair Housing Commission.
