Fee Waiver Deadlines 

Fall 2013

The Fee Waiver application and other supplemental forms will be available for pick up in our office between March 4, 2013 and April 5, 2013.  After this period forms will be distributed by appointment only.  All Fee Waiver forms will be due April 12, 2013.
