If employees are appointed to a salary above the minimum of the salary range, a Request for Staff Appointment/Salary Increase Above Guideline Minimums form must be submitted with signatures from all approval levels before an offer can be made. Once the classification is determined by Classification and Compensation, and all of the necessary paperwork has been received, the hiring department will be notified that they can make the job offer.
