Fee Waiver
We will be accepting and processing late Fee Waivers for Summer 2009 and Fall 2009 during the following days: June 8 - 15, 2009.
The Office of Human Resources - Professional Development/Training began distribution of CSUS Fee Waiver and Reduction forms for the Fall 2009 semester February 16, 2009.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We now require that you provide us with a Sac State Student ID number for the student using the Fee Waiver benefit. This will be used in concurrence with their Social Security Number.

class registration and payment of fees. Please

New participants or participants who have not enrolled
in courses for more than two semesters must fill
out the Certificate of Eligibility. You may obtain
the Certificate of Eligibility from Sacramento
Hall 173 or download the form from our
website. You will be notified, via email, of your Fee
Waiver benefit eligibility within five working
days. After your eligibility is determined, appropriate
Fee Waiver forms will be mailed to you.
Please Note: Effective with
the Fall 2007 semester, we will no longer accept
paper applications. To apply to the University,
please complete the online application process
at www.csumentor.edu.

Noontime Wellness
Activities for Summer 2009 will begin June 1, 2009 and will continue through August 7, 2009.
Please be sure to bring your OneCard as verification that you are a faculty/staff employee.
