Professional Development and Training

Unit Responsibility

It is the shared responsibility of University departments and the Office of Human Resources to assist employees in acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their current jobs with maximum effectiveness and, to the extent possible, achieve their full potential as employees. Human Resources through Professional Development & Training provides in-service communication skills development programs that meet the training and development needs of broad groups of employees of the University and its auxiliaries.
