Higher Education Performance
The Institute continues to focus on assessing the performance of California ’s higher education system. Every two years, after the National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education produces its Measuring Up report that grades state higher education performance, we issue a report showing similar measures of performance across regions and racial/ethnic populations in the state.
