"Developing Tools and Programs for Evaluation and Assessment," a workshop with Sandy Helland and in partnership with Ann Haffer presented at the Community of Academic Technology Staff (CATS) Conference. Presented on April 10, 2001 in Long Beach, California.

"Training and Supporting Faculty to Assess Instructional Uses of Technology," a Flashlight Case Study, with Ann Haffer, Professor of Nursing, CSU, Sacramento, January, 2001.

"Building a Better Customer Service Team," a tutorial workshop with Bonnie Brown, CSU, Sacramento at ACM SIGUCCS User Services Conference. Presented on November 7, 1999 in Denver, Colorado and October 29, 2000 in Richmond, Virginia

"A Collaboration Model for Creating an Academic Online Program," a poster presentation with Susan McGowan, College of Social Science and Interdisciplinary Studies and Bonnie Brown, University Computing and Communications Services at Syllabus Conference, July 25-29, 1999, Santa Clara, California.

"Adult Learning - Putting Principle into Practice," a tutorial workshop with Bonnie Brown, CSU, Sacramento, at ACM SIGUCCS User Services Conference, September 29 - October 2, 1996, Chicago, Illinois.

"Pedagogy and Technology," a CSU systemwide faculty workshop presented July 21-23, 1997 at CSU, Sacramento. Project was funded by an Academic Opportunity Fund grant through the CSU Institute for Teaching Learning's Instructional Technology Initatives. Planned and developed with Judith Boettcher, University of Florida and Bonnie Brown, University Computing and Communications Services.
