Team Activities
The Deep Reading Exercises (ApExs) for each unit guide students in reading three Asian primary source, in order to prepare for the End-of-Unit Challenge and the Application Exercise given at the end of the unit.
NOTE: each TRA takes place before introductory materials are discussed in class, and Application Exercises require reading unfamiliar sources before discussing them with team members. Most students thus need to allow more time than they are used to prepare for each class.
