Assignment Overview
In order to successfully finish this course you must complete:
- six
(6) TRAs (
"team readiness assessments"), done both on-line & in class
[lowest score dropped; 5 x 10 points for each individual & team = 100 points total]
- twelve (12) application exercises (300
points total), completed in class, *IN TEAMS*
[receiving full credit for these activities requires preparing & bringing notes for each;
20% of points for each activity is distributed via a peer evaluation system]
- a daily
practice involving either recitation or artistic creation
(50
points)
[assessed via written test at mid-term and appointment at end of term] - three (3) guided
reflections (100 + 150 + 150 points, 400
points total)
[4 page worksheet, peer review, and final 4 page paper--all done three times] - one (1) final TRA & one (1) final application exercise (150
points total)
[final TRA made up of questions identical to those on prior TRAs]
[OVERALL SCALE: 940-1000 points=A, 900-939=A-, 870-899=B+, 840--879=B, 800-839=B-, etc.]
