Asian Practices & Related Terms
Guided reflections require that you select one practice for each unit from a list of assigned practices, which may be EITHER (A) one addressed in a TRA and application exercises (listed directly below) OR (B) from an optional source available for extra credit (viewed by clicking the link at the bottom of the page. Each practice is accompanied by two sets of terms:
- the first set identifying powers and forces on which practitioners reflect, and
- the second pointing to the social structures of practitioners' communities.
which are also highlighted in BLUE in the reading guide for each unit. Three of these terms--at least one from each set--must be included the second part of the guided reflection worksheet (download PDF/MS Word for Units 1 & 2).
