All readings in this schedule should ideally be completed by the day under which they are listed, although this requirement is only assessed during TRAs and team Application Exercises. All numbers in the schedule are page numbers unless otherwise noted.

PREPARE NOTES addressing the following focus: The assigned readings describe two authors' thoughts & feelings inspired by and heightening engagement with contemporary food-related cultural practices. Drawing from DIFFERENT HALVES of EACH of these TWO readings---a TOTAL OF FOUR examples--identify TWO sets of evidence of Michael Pollan or Barbara Kingsolver'sfood-related practices that inspired &/or heightened their thoughts &/or feelings about food culture.
