BONUS TERM PAPER due on or before 15th May 2008. 50 bonus points.

Term negative position paper- A typed, 1200 plus word, scientific format report is required from the student by 15th May 2008. This is an absolute deadline. No submissions will be accepted by blackboard after the deadline passes. All papers are to be submitted electronically via Blackboard ONLY. One can cut and paste into Blackboard, or type directly into it.

Topics for term paper may include any area and topic in biology. You are strongly advised to, first, select a topic, and then prepare an argument by taking the side that you least agree with. For instance, if you believe evolution should be taught in school, try to prepare a paper supporting the removal of evolution from the science curriculum. Consult the instructor should you have questions.

The instructor will submit all papers to Turnitin.com to check for plagiarism.  Any papers showing signs of plagiarism will earn the student an F in this entire course.
