The beta version of the program tsEdit is licensed without charge to registered users. This program can be download from http://www.dgevans.com/software.
The download file is compressed using the zip format. Uncompress it using a zip utility program (such as WinZip).
Once the file is uncompressed, double click on the file called "setup.exe". This will initiate an installation wizard that will take you through the installation process.
