Emailing or telephoning the Professor
I prefer that students email me rather than call me on the telephone. Emails will be answer promptly during daytime hours while the telephone is only answered while I am personally in the office. If requested, I will set up a telephone conference with you.
When contacting the professor, include the following information
*your legal name (not just your
email alias or first name)
*your section -- for example, classroom student in Alp 212
If you are in the classroom or in the studio, you should contact your TA if it is a question about a grade on an insight, quiz, or test (or oral participation score).
If you have a question about the class or a question on the texts (as opposed to your personal situation), then the question should be posted on SacCT in the discussion tab under the topic "Text Questions and Class Structure."
