Last Day Discussion (5 pts) |
||
|
These discussion questions will be completed and turned in at the final class session. You must be present during class to receive (ANY) credit for this assignment (no partial credit). Please print this sheet out and bring it with you to the last class session.
Thinking
back on the entire course, consider the following questions (in your
group): 1) Discuss some (at least two) of the issues covered in the course that stand out for you as being especially important for parents to consider. Why are they so important?
2) Based on recommendations provided in the text, what advice do you have for teachers, parent educators or other professionals experiencing these issues/problems?
3) How does what you've learned in this class inform you, in your "real life"? Think of material covered in class and apply what you've learned to both personal and professional settings. Is there anything you will do differently as a result of what you've learned?
