David McNabb worked on facilitation and Island Biogeography with pine islands in sub-alpine meadow metacommunities (Summer 2006)
Demetrius Mayberry worked on the spatial ecology of vernal pools and Darlingtonia californica inquilines (Summer 2005) and on temporal dynamics in phytotelmata metacommunities (Summer 2006)
Aaron Langenbeck worked on the seed ecology of the notoriously invasive plant, yellow star thistle (Centaurea solstitialis L.)
