Pearls that lay concealed

A mirror mountain lake.

    Songs that hum all day.

    Late city lights afloat

    On a shimmering bay.

 

A gull's first echoed call.

        The silk of a dew-stroked rose.

        Golden shadows at twilight.

        Dancing rainbows.
