Kazue Masuyama, Foreign Languages, has been presented the 2006 Teacher Award (Community College/College/University) by the National Council of Teachers of Japanese Language (NCJLT). It is an organization dedicated to the promotion and development of Japanese language teaching at the elementary, secondary, and higher education levels across the United States. The Award Ceremony was held at the 40th Annual American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) Conference, Nashville, Tennessee, November 18, 2006.
