COURSE OBJECTIVES:
 
     A. Examine and synthesize pedagogical and communication theory so as to better meet the
          communication needs of  students/clients.
 
     B. Understand and practice communication skills in the  classroom for the development and
          maintenance of an environment conducive to student/client-teacher interaction and learning.
 
     C. Develop competency in teaching communication skills to students/clients.
 
     D. Implement principles of communication in numerous practice teaching experiences in class.
 
     E. Explore the use of developing electronic media in the classroom (distance education will
         be the focus)
