Know the basic vocabulary of at least three methods of analysis ("search models")

Know how to use search models for initiating and carrying out significant rhetorical criticism

Develop expertise in writing significant critical analysis

Develop expertise in application of a variety of methods of analysis (search models)

Develop rationale for your choices as a critic

Develop skills in rigorous argument
