Astra is a comprehensive event and room scheduling suite of software tools used by Sac State to coordinate classrooms and class schedules and integrate them directly with our CMS Student Information system. Astra allows Sac State to have a single central event calendar for our rooms, providing the campus with a single online option to schedule events based upon attendee counts and classroom needs. The Data Services team provides application Tier II support with technical troubleshooting and as well as Oracle database support for the Astra system.
To access the Astra system, log into My Sac State (see logo in the upper right hand corner). On the Staff Services tab, in the Employee Systems Access & Resources Section, there is a link: Astra (Campus Reservations and Scheduling).
