Student Administration

CMS Student Administration is a part of a suite of Oracle PeopleSoft enterprise applications that assist the University in the every day business needs of the campus.  The CMS systems allow the campus to complete day to day transaction operations, send and receive summary data information to the CSU Chancellor's office, State Controller's office and other state reporting agencies and integrate with the other campus applications.  CMS SA is comprised of the following modules:  Academic Advisement, Admissions, Campus Community, Financial Aid, Student Financials and Student Records.  This system supports the multiple areas within the campus along with campus wide administrative functions such as:

  • Electronic Admissions submission
  • Financial Aid awards and disbursement
  • Degree Progress reports
  • Online Class Schedules
  • Online Registration
  • Online Grading
  • Student Access to their Student Records
  • Student Financial Accounts
