Survey Results

Upon completion of major renovations, surveys have been conducted. Data from these surveys have been critical to planning and design decisions.

Summer 2011 Renovation Followup Survey

Twelve rooms were renovated in Summer 2011.  Thirty-five faculty responded to a survey at the end of Fall Semester 2011.  Eighty-five percent indicated the the overall teaching experience was better or much better.  

Several issues were reported as working well in the open ended questions, including: Smart podium with integrated control and equipment (6 participants), Projection system (6), Built in PC (5), Document camera (5), Switching and control system (4), Sound system (3), Angled screen (2), iPad connection (2), Lighting and controls (2), Whiteboards (2), Staff support (1)

Fourteen rooms were renovated in Summer 2009.  Thirty faculty responded to a survey at the end of Fall Semester 2009.  Ninety-two percent indicated the the overall teaching experience was better or much better.  Feedback on the open ended questions was critical to future degisn.
