Absolutely. First, find the messages that you want to delete.
Outlook: Click on the first message you want to delete, hold down the Shift key, and click on the last message you want to delete (this can only be done for messages in consecutive order). Drag them to the Deleted Items folder.
OWA: Click on the box to the left of the message’s author. If you want to delete an entire page of messages, click the box next to From at the top of the message list. This will cause all messages to be checked. Once this is done, click Delete.

When you delete messages, they are removed from their folders but are not removed until you have emptied the Deleted Items folders.
Outlook: Right-click on the Deleted Items folder and select the option, Empty “Deleted Items” folder. Choose Yes when prompted if you are sure you want to delete all items.
OWA: Click on the Deleted Items folder and check the box directly to the left of From (located at the top of the messages). This will cause all of the messages to be highlighted. Then click on Delete.Additional Resources:

How can I reduce spam from form submissions?
Putting a form online invariably means that a spammer somewhere will flood it with bad information. Sometimes this spamming is harmless, and only an attempt to get more email addresses. Other times, it's malicious; spammers are hoping to put harmful information in an application's database, or expose a weakness in the architecture of the application. A widely used method to combat this is the implementation of a CAPTCHA.Additional Resources:
