What if I don't see a class I'm teaching on the Teaching Schedule in my Faculty Center?

Your teaching schedule in My Sac State reflects the classes you've been assigned to in the class schedule. Each academic department has at least one staff person who is responsible for the class schedule and enters this information into the system. If you are not seeing the correct classes listed in My Sac State, please contact your academic department about having the class schedule updated.

I'm trying to download my roster data to Excel but it's not working. What should I do?

First, check to see if you are receiving some kind of “pop-up blocked” message in your browser. If so, please change your pop-up blocker settings to allow pop-ups from the site.

Additionally, if you are using Internet Explorer, you may need to adjust your browser’s security settings to get this process to work. Select your Tools menu and then Internet Options. On the Security tab, select the Custom Level button and then enable the option for “Automatic prompting for file downloads”. If you do not wish to alter your security settings, you can also try holding down the Control key while clicking on the download option and waiting for the dialog box to appear.

When I try to print my class roster/grade roster, only part of the page prints out. What should I do?

The problem is likely due to the way your internet browser is handling the frame structure of the page. Your browser print settings will need to be adjusted to force it to print the section of the page you want. This process is different depending upon which internet browser and version you are using but some general infomation is outlined below.

For Internet Explorer Users: Left-click somewhere on your class roster in order to select that portion of the page. Hold down the control (CTRL) and A keys your keyboard simultaneously in order to select everything in that section of the page. Then go to your File menu, select Print Preview, and change the "As laid out on screen" option to "As selected on screen".

For Mozilla Firefox Users: Right-click somewhere in the white space that surrounds your class roster. Select "This Frame" from the menu and then "Print frame" from the sub-menu.
