Register for a Workshop!

Log on to LearnerWeb with your Saclink Username and password to register. All workshop sessions can be found under the Schedule Link under My Menu.

The FSRC offers free Faculty/Staff workshops during the regular semester and during summer and winter sessions. Workshop courses include how to use popular office applications, photo editing software, graphic design software and much more.

Please look at our Workshop Courses page and Workshop Schedule page to learn more about these workshops and when they are offered. All workshops are held at AIRC 3013 (FSRC Training lab, adjacent to main FSRC lab 3012).

Workshop Courses

Workshop Courses this Spring semester include accessibility basics in Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat. Other topics we teach over the semester breaks include:

  • Introduction to Illustrator
  • Styles & Formatting in Word
  • Report Formatting in Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Using your iPad on Campus

Workshop Schedule

Visit our workshop schedule page to learn about when each workshop is available. Workshops are typically held in our main training lab located in Room AIRC 3013.

How do I Register for a Workshop?

Although it helps if you register in advance for a workshop by going to the LearnerWeb webpage, walk-ins are welcome.

  1. Log-in to LearnerWeb with your Saclink ID and Password.
  2. From your "My Menu" click the "Schedule" link.
  3. A calendar with all scheduled workshops will appear. Click on the workshop you would like to attend and select the "Register" button to enroll.

Training Room

The FSRC Training room is located adjacent to the main FSRC room in AIRC room 3013. The training room can be reserved by Sacramento State Staff for academic related work e.g. meetings, workshops etc. Please see the Training Room Reservation page for more information.

Technology Training

The Academic Technology and Creative Services Unit on campus manages the campus technology training for faculty. Technology training is available on key campus systems such as SacCT (Blackboard) the campus learning management system, Cascade Web Content Management System, and popular software programs like Microsoft Office.
