Photocopy & Document Solutions

The Photocopy & Document Solutions Department serves the campus community providing support for multifunction devices that scan, photocopy and print. The support includes repair service, setup, training and supplies for machines that are owned by our department.

Student photocopiers can be found in many computer labs and campus buildings including: Student Union, AIRC, Library and Lassen Hall Lobby.

Students can use their OneCard Hornet Bucks to operate the campus photocopiers. If the Hornet Bucks are used they pay only $.06/copy, however if cash is used copies are $.10/copy. (Please Note: The only photocopiers that accept cash are: Library, Lassen Hall Lobby, Student Union.)

Please Note: Photocopies are not included in the allotted amount of free prints that students receive to use in the computer print labs. If you wish to use your OneCard to make photocopies, you must first deposit money into your OneCard Hornet Bucks Account. Please visit the OneCard Website for more information regarding depositing.

Campus Departments

Our multifunction devices (photocopier, scanner, printer) may be set up in departments with either a card reader for access either by OneCard or Department Copy Card, with copy code access (this can use to set copy limits and multiple speedtype billing options), or with no access equipment. The department can receive a multifunction device (copier, scanner printer) plus all supplies, maintenance, paper, and billing services, at NO INITIAL COST to the department or location. The department only pays for the copies they make at $.05/copy.

To better help us determine which device would best suit your departments/programs needs, please fill out the Multifunction Device Request Form and either email it to or send it via campus mail to Photocopy & Document Solutions Department, campus zip 6065.

We will then contact you to discuss your department/program needs and how we can work together to take care of those needs.
