GarageBand

GarageBand is designed to act as your own personal recording studio. It can be used to learn how to play an instrument, write music, or record a song. This workshop will teach you how to do sound editing and sampling, create a sound track, navigate the features, etc.

iPhoto

iPhoto is a quick and easy-to-use software where you can store and edit pictures. In the workshop, you will learn how to import and organize photos, basic editing, exporting, etc.

iMovie

iMovie can turn your home videos into a fully developed film. This workshop will teach you how to use the post production editing, add sound and captions, export and publish your videos, etc.

Length: 60 mins.

Intro to Illustrator

This is the beginners workshop for Illustrator to learn the basics. You will become familiar with the program and concepts, learn how to size objects, insert text boxes, use the tools, etc.

Pre-requisites:

• Basic skills in Microsoft Word
• Basic skills in Microsoft Powerpoint

Length: 90 mins.

Intermediate Illustrator

Pick up from where you left off in the Intermediate Illustrator workshop. You will be able to produce a simple poster, flyer, or brochure.

Pre-requisites:

• Intro to Illustrator (or equivalent knowledge of Illustrator)
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word
• Basic skills in Powerpoint

Length: 90 mins.

Intro to Photoshop

This is the beginners workshop for Photoshop to learn the basics. You will be taught how to open, save, and edit a photo, gain basic editing skills, navigate the toolbar, create layers, etc.

Pre-requisites:

• Basic keyboarding skills

Length: 90 mins.

Intermediate Photoshop

Pick up from where you left off in the Intro to Photoshop workshop. Learn how to develop layers, insert watermarks, etc.

Pre-requisites:

• Intro to Photoshop (or equivalent knowledge of Photoshop)
