This is the LPI Self, your
opportunity to evaluate your own leadership behaviors. The LPI Self
consists of 30 statements. Please read each statement carefully. Then
look at the rating scale and ask yourself:
How frequently do I engage in the behavior described?
When selecting each response:
Be realistic about the extent to which you actually engage in the behavior
Do NOT answer in terms of how you would like to see yourself or in terms of what you should be doing
Do answer in terms of how you typically behave — on most days, on most projects, and with most people.
If
you feel that a statements does not apply, it is probably because you
do not frequently engage in the behavior. In that case, assign a rating
of 3 or lower.
