Equipment and Resource Scheduling Checkout

Via phone, in person, or through our Faculty/Staff Web Request Form, CSUS Faculty and Staff can schedule and check-out a variety of audio-visual and multi-media hardware and resources. Electronic playback of films and videotapes on the campus closed circuit television system (CCTV) can also be scheduled through the same process. Students need to come in person to ARC 2005.

Reserved items can be picked-up in Room 14. Some items can be delivered directly to the classroom, although high-risk items such as laptops and data projectors must be picked-up in person.
