Key Issue Slips for Campus A/V Classrooms

Some equipment and multi-media resources throughout the campus have been placed in locked environments to curtail theft and vandalism. If you are assigned to teach in a room that has the vcr in a locked cabinet, or are teaching in Mendocino Hall 1003, 1005, 1015, Riverside Hall 1017 or Solano Hall 2002, you will need a key to access these resources. Helpdesk Services can provide a Key Issue Slip; this slip must then be taken to the Key Issue Office of Facilities Management in order to be issued the actual key.
