ListServ's are used as a one-way communication tool for the Sacramento State CMS Financials, Human Resources and Student Administration Teams. They are designed to inform the campus community of developments and progress. The frequency of communication will vary but is expected not to exceed once or twice a month.

To subscribe to one of these lists, send an e-mail message

To: LISTSERV@LISTSERV.CSUS.EDU

With the two-line message:

For Financials ListServ:	SUBSCRIBE CMSFIN-L firstname lastname END
For Human Resources ListServ:	SUBSCRIBE CMSHR-L firstname lastname END
For Student Administration ListServ:	SUBSCRIBE CMSSA-L firstname lastname END

For example, Jane Smith would send the following message to LISTSERV@LISTSERV.CSUS.EDU:

SUBSCRIBE CMSFIN-L Jane Smith
END

Important: The subscription message must be sent in plain text format. The list processor cannot read HTML formatted messages.

To send to a list, send an e-mail message

For example, Jane Smith would send an email message to CMSFIN-L@LISTSERV.CSUS.EDU
